The 19th century is weak but the 20th century to 1960 is helpful then really picks up with many mint or used complete sets highlighted by the 1962 Emperors. Good basis for a start.Cat. 982*China (PRC) collection 1978-1983 directly from the China Stamp Agency in North America. The original owner had a standing order. Was placed in mounts and plastic pages in chronological order. All the goodies are here often with their new issue bulletins. Includes mint 1452, 1483, 1492, 1497, 1501, 1518, 1540, 1541, 1573, 1586, 1613-1617, 1761 plus one on cover, along with many more. All spot checking revealed most if not all to be NH and skillfully mounted, but the bulk of these hundreds of stamps were not handled. Sometime in late 1981 the owner expanded his buying to include blocks of four, FDCs, and booklets which continued through November of 1983. Offered as received with all the original documentation. Seems to have multiples of quite a few sets. Spreads from the early 1960s through 1973. Nothing in the 1967 issues as importation was difficult at that time.
