Embraces a neat Mexico collection in a Scott Specialty album from the 1860s to 1983 with singles, sets, and BOB including a mint C93A. Mint stamps are mostly in black or clear mounts and around 90% complete from 1940 to the 1980s. Also involves a Scott Specialty album for Colombia and Ecuador from the 1870s to 1960s, a Minkus album for Costa Rica and Nicaragua to the 1960s, a small box with Mexico in glassines and an accumulation of Mexican sheets and other Latin American material in envelopes and glassines.
