Encompasses Poland in a Scott Specialty from 1918 to 1989, Bulgaria in a Harris album from 1882 to 2000, Hungary from 1874 to 1988, Czechoslovakia from 1919 to 1970 both in Minkus albums and USSR on Minkus pages in an envelope from 1956 to 1970. Includes stockpage groups of Poland, East Germany, and Russia along with a “complete” Russia collection 1992-1994, a pack of Russia sheets, a Minkus Yugoslavia collection 1918-1993, and a DDR Schaubek collection 1949-1963 almost all mint, but many including mint #82-84 are somewhat stuck down.
