Includes ROC, regionals, and PRC, with numerous used or mint NH sets throughout, particularly from the PRC in the 1960s. Since this lot is the entire consignment as received, it includes two loaded bonus Minkus albums, Worldwide countries most with pages of modern topicals, and the US with pages of postage through the 1970s.
