Nice sets with plenty of better semipostals. A good run of Belgian Congo and Ruanda - Urundi complete the lot. Contains much readily saleable material.	Cat. 	944		Belgium and colonies collection of many hundred different mounted in a Minkus album with issues to about 2000. Virtually all used which is nearly complete for the 19th century plus includes the “Franken” set, 10 franc helmet, strong semipostals and parcel posts.
