Albania contributes over half the value with its inclusion of many seldom seen stamps. Noticed the 1919 overprints with a quick look. Thousands of stamps with good coverage in all areas. 	1271		Balkans collection in a Scott album with material going into the 1960’s. Albania contains most of the value with numerous high value stamps and souvenir sheets.
