COLLECTIONS AND ACCUMULATIONS — General Foreign
LotConditionDescriptionValue/Bidding
Lots 1142-1157 are from one man’s collection. Mixed condition mint and used, on a variety of pages and housed in three-ring binders, the collections are usually sparse in the earlies with most value from about the 1930’s period up to the 1990’s. Most countries fell somewhat short of standing on their own so these have been grouped geopolitically for your consideration. Worthwhile for stock, for breaking into country lots or for remounting and starting a new collection.

1225*oRather ragged “A-Z” collection in nine Scott International albums. Major countries have 19th century sections that are primarily used, but the main value is probably the worldwide mint long sets from the early 1960’s. We say probably because they need to be rescued immediately from clear mounts closed with old tape to determine what has brown stains. Later 1960’s material in black mounts appears safe since no tape was used. A tough lot to figure, but with upside potential if given needed attention.Cat. Value: S.B. 800.00
Price Realized: $1,300.00

A fun lot to dissect.Cat. Value: S.B. 750.00
