| 984 | | Canada stock on dealers cards filling a red box. All mint (just a couple used) with most NH. There are nice low to intermediate values with occasional higher. Some better that we spotted on a quick examination were (all NH) 69, 86, 97-98, 110, 124, 135, 136 and 137-139. Runs to Scott 1600’s and includes airs, special delivery, and officials.
