Mostly lower to meduim values which includes blocks, position blocks, shades, a few overprint varieties, some missing periods, etc. Condition and centering is mixed with reverse of NH, OG, hinged and the unpleasant no gum which is typical for the area. 	776		Philippines wonderful specialist collection on two albums of Scott Specialty pages to the 1990’s. Includes major Spanish Dominion and US Dominion sections, plus much seldom-seen BOB material and specialist varieties. We noted errors, revenues, complete Japanese occupations, airmail overprints, “O.B.” on US issues, etc. This collection will be even better when it is remounted in a new album.	Cat. 	777		Puerto Rico extensive stock in two boxes of glassines from both the Spanish and U.S. administered periods. One box is used and carries a previous owner’s catalog value of $15,400.00. The other is mint with a previous owner’s value of $16.400.00. There is moderate to significant duplication and a wide range of conditions, but this would make a very deep stock of this area. As an example, there are mint 213 x 10 and mint 214 x 23. Frankly, we have never seen this much Puerto Rico in one lot before.	Cat. Value: cat. 31,800.00 Price Realized: $3,250.00
