Starts with a Penny Black, includes only scattered holes in the Victorian era. Strong dues, parcels, and Offices. Appears solid NH from the 1950’s to the 1980’s. With such emphasis on earlier issues, catalog value should be discounted a bit for possible misidentification and some that are damaged.
