Very carefully annotated, it shows plate and position varieties, multiples and special cancels, fakes and forgeries, along with many mint and/or used sets. Of note are the nice tobacco revenues and a large third issue sphinx plating study. With additional singles and sets throughout, this is a lovely presentation by a dedicated collector.	Cat.
