Value rises quickly having blocks and plates as well as high values including priority mail from the last thirty years. There is at least $3,200 face which does not involve the earlier plates of two cent Reds, Farleys, Parks, Famous Americans, three cents’ Purples 1926-34 regular issues and Prexies to the two dollars.
