656O*CVCollection from a Penny Black to the Millennium in over a couple dozen 3-ring binders. Includes useful high cataloging sometimes in mixed condition Victorian issues occasionally with some postal history. Runs through the kings in much the same way with extras for shades etc. The QEII begins mint and used but starting in the mid 1980’s it becomes all mint so, the face value becomes the driving factor.
