Better than most condition with lots of three and four margin classic singles along with many used singles that are missing from most collections. Highlights include: strong German States with a Bavaria #1, good plebiscites, outstanding German Colonies with plenty of large and small yachts, ending with decent Danzig, Saar, and General Government.
