Virtually complete regular issues and commemoratives up to 1960 minus the absolute scarce items. There is just a tad bit of airmails and Back of the Book. Condition is quite mixed as collectors of the olden times were not as quality conscious as today. However there is a ton a real catalog value. What is mint appears to be stuck down, however the used offers the opportunity to be cleaned up.
