Apparently complete mint with all the power to 1990. Weaker German States on clean pages. Fairly sparse Empire collection as the emphasis is on mint sets. Still some power here. Significant Third Reich with Winter Relief Sheet, Ostropa Sheet plus much more. The four volume Germany begins with a mint Posthorn set and progresses unfettered through 2016. Pages incur pencil notations of the owner's cost and purchase place that do not detract from the stamps. Everything is securely mounted in black mounts that seem to have protected them from any damage over the long time it took to acquire these.
