393O*Germany building issues (#634-661) specialized collection in an old Washington pinchback album on homemade pages. Begins with a selection of fifteen "early date" usages in September of 1948 many with SOTN cancels. It then jumps into the types most of which are identified by Michel. Many perforation and watermark varieties follow. It then moves on to the obscure; printer's waste, and other freaks with more double perfs than usually seen. Finally plating has begun with many partially complete. Also includes perfins, interesting cancels, and more than a handful of "Notopfer" varieties. By no means complete, but ready for continuation by a new student of this complex issue.Cat. Value: S.B. 600.00
