	164	O	British and Commonwealth collection in four, bulging with stamps, Harris Citation albums. Collected A-Z with thousands and thousands of mixed mint and used stamps. Many mint modern sets and souvenir sheets. Most country groups go to 1990 with his favorites progressing through 2000. Some, but not all of the mint are NH. The owner spent some time cataloging the $5 and up stamps and came up with a catalog value of over $40,000.00. Duplication, short sets, and plenty of packet stamps temper our reserve. And we will leave it up to the market to see where this desirable lot winds up on auction day. Plan some time for viewing as this one is hard to figure.	Cat.
