COLLECTIONS, ACCUMULATIONS, AND STOCKS — Western Europe
LotConditionDescriptionValue/Bidding
259O*Western Europe group of nine album collections from the shelves of the Niagara estate. Most go to the early 2000s on Scott Specialty, White Ace, and Minkus pages in mismatched binders. Thousands of stamps. Huge catalog value. Includes fairly advanced collections of Austria, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, German States, Germany Empire through the Zones, German Offices Occupations and Saar, and Bundespost. Each album could stand alone for resale. Would be perfect to integrate into better albums as upgrades. Prolific surprises. New binders necessary.Cat. Value: S.B. 1200
Price Realized: $1,700.00
260O*All the Western Europe from a small consignment. Decent collections on album leaves of German Area, and Luxembourg, along with a couple dealer stock groups and stockbooks with strong catalog Germany early post WWII commemoratives and a few Italian States. High catalog and better than usual condition. Fun compact lot to work on.Cat. Value: S.B. 1150
Price Realized: $900.00
261O*Take a cruise in the Mediterranean as you view this Western Europe collection in a Minkus album. Incorporates Austria from the 1860s to early 1990s, Italy from the 1870s to 1969, and Greece from the 1880s to mid-1980s. Hundreds and hundreds of mixed mint and used stamps in full, partial sets, and singles are roaming the pages of this album. Worth your time and cheaper than taking a “real” cruise.Cat. Value: S.B. 1100
Price Realized: $700.00
262O*Western Europe accumulation of country groups from the Rocky Mountain group. Roughly sorted according to Scott in glassines, counterbook pages, and stocksheets. Best country group is Germany, followed in order of value by Italy, Belgium and Sweden. Hundreds and hundreds of stamps. Everything is meticulously cataloged including the duplicates, damaged, fakes, etc. Tapes, and totals of owner's "catalog values" are included in each group and left there by us to serve as guidelines only. In person viewing is the only way to figure these. The good stuff has substantial value and decently high catalog value, but only viewing will enable a buyer to make an informed bid. Offered very reasonably to attract multiple bidders.Cat. Value: S.B. 1000
Price Realized: $1,600.00
263O*Western Europe Three country collections mounted on either Scott or Minkus pages. Couple thousand mostly different stamps all total. Price Realized: $375.00
