	1766		France “Ballon Monte” cover October 12, 1870 on the balloon “Le Washington”. Has a St.Saulge, October 17 backstamp as delivered. Intact with small tears with a great appearance. 	1767		Pair of France 1930 International Air Exposition covers. The first is a used example of the special Claude Tolmer card with the special Expo cancel. 	1768		France four cover having seven stamps cancelled on March 5, 1856 in Le Havre. Mailed to Wiscasset Maine. While one 40 centimes stamp on right edge has upper right corner problems and the back flap is partially gone, still a neat example of French postal history.	Cat.
