Only those with face values of 8 cents and up were counted with the bulk of the value in 20-32 centers. Two boxes remain uncounted with the preponderance of the value in under the 8 cent barrier. No fractionals. No special delivery. No postage due. Only useable for mailing mainly in plate blocks, booklets, and sheets were counted.
