520*oJapan one owner collection in a Scott Specialty album from the 1870s to 1987. Hundreds and hundreds of mainly mint stamps in singles, full, partial sets, and souvenir sheets. Embraces the Sitting Hat, park sets, and other $10-$30 sets. Of interest are Occupation of China, Korea as well as some revenues at the back of the album. Not to be overlooked are the early used classics with the usual mixed condition. Also includes a three-ring binder and plastic protectors due to their various sizes of only mostly mint souvenir sheets having many with toning but looking fine from the front.Cat. Value: S.B. 800

523*oJapan accumulation in two banker’s boxes. Most interesting is a small file drawer of glassines each one with between 3 and 5 or so of the same mint “Mihon” stamp. Begins around Scott #1127 and proceeds through 1662. Also contains from the same period mint Japan in glassines, two files of used from all eras, and 1,000 or so Maxim cards of postcard size. Needs personal inspection for this was accumulated as a collection and nothing ever has been organized in that way.Cat. Value: S.B. 450
