93CVGermany propaganda cards two altogether. The first is a WWI Battleship card from the SMS Wettin in Kiel in August of 1914, the second is a double used private postcard for the Berlin-Pankow colonial stamp show in 1937 used on “the day of the stamp” January 10, 1937, and the second use is on Hitler’s 50th birthday in 1939. This one was never posted and saved as a unique souvenir. Rounded corners, but fresh clear cancels.Cat. Value: S.B. 30

Alfred "Tag" Boerger was a prolific FDC, fluorescent event, and historic event cachet maker in the 1955-1985 period. Now fills 21 of our largest cartons nearing the half ton shipping weight barrier. Everything left from his huge back stock is availabel in this lot of between 55,000 and 65,000 individual covers. Mainly common covers of his design with occasional pockets of easily saleable groups. His patriotic cachets are highly sought in the aftermarket and command premiums when offered. Hundreds and perhaps thousands of the same cover (enormous duplication) is this group's drawback.
