	428		Belgian Congo and Ruanda-Urundi mostly mint collection in a clean like new Palo album 1886-1960. Spot checking revealed only hinged stamps with regumming and rebacking suspected on some of the high values. The Congo section includes # 14-26, 29-30, 31-40, 45-59, 290-297, and B1-B9. While the Ruanda includes an entire run of Scott listed numbers. Clean and fairly complete with only the most elusive missing from most collections. Strong intermediate collection.	Cat.
