Includes almost all the better early state stamps such as: California #1, 2 rebacked, Illinois #1, 2, 3, and Michigan #2. The condition is superb probably most mint NH. Faults are listed by the owner. Best of all is a selection of 165 Governor’s stamps both signed and unsigned. The Dealer listed prices are extraordinary - some way over catalog.
