First is registered and censored (17.9.18) cover using #N9, while the second is an overfranked registered and censored (26.3.17) cover using #N25. Pencil notations and mounting marks on the back of both and the first has a file fold only effecting the registration label. Still relatively clean, collectible, and exhibit worthy.	Cat.
