Highlights include Poland, Russia, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, and Czechoslovakia. Also includes to lesser extent Austria, Switzerland, Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania. These collections vary in scope from beginners to intermediate with a few showing signs of being slightly remaindered. Not much power but many stamps. Easily individually continued.	Cat.
