	991		Germany and Belgium mint and used collection on Scott International pages in haphazard order to around 1960. Germany is best with expensive postwar as a highlight. Includes red and black Berlin overprints, Bells, and many solid semipostals. Belgium is also useful with good value in the semipostals 1927-1955.
