Condition variable with water damage (stuck down toned, etc.) along with other faults expected. Pickings are better than average with many useful singles (mint and used) remaining. 1248*oEastern Europe accumulation on Scott Specialty pages. Consisting of a few hundred mint and used stamps from the 1920s to 1940s. Mainly BOB issues from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania etc. and Western Ukraine and Eastern Silesia regular issues. The strongest is Poland which has a #1 and issues from 1920-1940s with BOB. Of note is a medium envelope with a Poland B29 and B31. Nice lot from this popular area.Cat. Value: S.B. 650.00

1249*oEastern Europe collection in a Scott Specialty album. Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Thrace and Trieste are all featured. Romania is best with hundreds of stamps (mint, used and CTO) filling the pages through 1891-1969. Complete sets throughout although lacking in early classics. Half filling a large carton, most, if not all, is mint NH in glassines containing sets and singles chosen for their sales potential back then.
