	1030		Australia and States a neatly mounted collection of a couple thousand in a Scott Specialty album with issues to 1969. All the states plus Australia itself are useful, but New South Wales accounts for approximately 1/3 of the catalog value, Western Australia over 1/5 and Australia about 15%. The owner’s catalog was derived by only spot checking watermarks and a few fiscal cancels appear to have been counted along with a few forgeries but by and large should be reasonably accurate.
