Most protected in sleeves. Carefully organized by "postmark year" from a handful of States through the 1980s. Good with the bad condition, better with the common. Nuggets here and there in the midst of the mundane. Well over 4,000 (estimated) entities offered in its entirety. Great as a dealer's stock or collection.
