The single section is sparse until the mid-1920’s then picks up speed to the year 2000 while plate block grouping doesn’t really get going until the 1930’s. Seven heavy cartons, four of which are nondescript covers, (highway post office, slogan meters from the late 1930s, and event covers mostly). Many are dampness damaged to say the least. The two volume Scott collection is completely stuck down to the pages and included at one time premium mint such as: #573 x5, Prexie $1,$2, and $5 plate blocks. All the 3 cent sheets are here, too. 35% stuck together, 30% kinda stuck together, and 35% almost in mint condition.
