	1284		Western Europe accumulation of country groupings on stockpages in a thin binder. Most include both classic issues and more modern with each group cataloged by the owner (looks reasonable but unverified by us). Loaded with useful France (including mint 107 and modern NH), Switzerland, Belgium, and several more. Duplication is minimal and condition is generally pleasing.	Cat.
